Working Women are Real Unsung Heroes

When working mothers are back after maternity leave, they want more than ever to find ways to make life more manageable..

It is about being a parent, about juggling work and home, and mostly about being a human today, muddling through.

When working mothers are back after maternity leave, they want more than ever to find ways to make life more manageable, to find that elusive balance between work and home and avoid falling to pieces trying to hold it all together.

New mothers want to chat to other working mothers who enjoy work, who do not wish to succeed at all costs or to the detriment of their children, but who also do not want to sit on the sidelines and be ignored.

The common answer for working woman with the baby is: Never be afraid to ask for help. May it be your family, friends, or facilities:  who are ready to offer the much-needed help with great love and passion.

It is OK to be emotional when you walk out the door. It is truly the most unexplainable feeling when you leave your child with a daycare. But sooner or later you realize that your child is so much different, social, and independent than the other kids of the same age who have mothers all the time by their side.

It is not what you do for your children, BUT what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings.

Look for a positive ray of help, a good place, a second home so safe, that your child enjoys with same aged, younger, and older kids. Learn together and grow smarter every day.

Always try to be happy with yourself. To be honest, being a working mom is empowering. Remember what a great example you are setting for your child by being a working woman. No matter what the working women are real unsung heroes of our beautiful life without them we are nothing because mothers are like existing God of our life!!!
